I've actually done this many times and have gotten people I don't like banned/dnted. I will be collaborating with @Lean and reporting anybody that he has put in his "list". If you want to save your Sythe account send $50 USD in Bitcoin to the address linked above and you will be exempt from the list and any taxes your country has issued (if applicable).
