How they scammed: Was doing an order for NMZ combat xp. Things were going fine until I noticed the worker had stopped gaining xp for a few days so I logged in. Discord chats pick up from there.

As mentioned in my responses throughout the ticket, the worker you had accused of stealing funds (which by the way, add up to 226.309m according to the screenshots you provided, not 500m+), is not only an IRL friend of Chaddy, but has provided government issued ID and a deposit exceeding the amount he was accused of stealing.

He has done multiple jobs for us where there have been no issues at all, but would be accused of stealing a lesser amount than he would have had the opportunity to already? This makes no sense.

He also provided his RuneLite logs, as well as a reason for the lack of EXP throughout the period you accused him of stealing your items, which I explained in the ticket (he was away for IRL/work commitments and could not be near a PC).

You then accused our ticket staff of stealing the funds. People within tickets are highly trusted individuals by BMMO. It is not a role we give lightly. Each and every one of our ticket staff have handled billions upon billions worth of GP/cash in jobs. There is no reason for them to steal such a petty amount. Also do note that the ticket was in a claimed state so there is very limited staff within the ticket.

This leads me to believe that you, or someone else you allowed access to the account while the job was ongoing, had malicious intent.

Any private information required by Mods/Admins to make a decision can be provided via Discord DM.

How interesting. So you claimed initially that roughly 226m was stolen, now are claiming that roughly 362m was stolen. Can I ask you, did you verify with either myself or Chaddy that it is OK to leave excessive wealth on your account? Or were you just planning to attempt to scam us the entire time? Let me answer that for you; no you did not.


And shall we just ignore the fact that you explicity stated that only 100m was on the account?

Ah there's where your "500m+" is coming from, you're forgetting to add the Bowfa. And is that also in the sold history? Or are you just saying "I swear I had one" with source "trust me bro".

I'd like to also include;
If you know that we don't allow customers to log onto the account during an active order due to multiple reasons,
Why did you log onto the account 2 hours after asking why there hasn't been any progress for the past few days?



Given the fact that we said we'd ask and you gave us little to only 2 hours gives you enough time to sell everything on your account to blame it on us in order to get a refund. Instead of giving us time to check the status of why there has been no progress, you took your time to log onto the account and found out it was "sold" instead.

You should of patiently wait for a response, for say about 24-48 hours, but you took immediate actions of logging onto the account yourself, without being given any permission to do so.

 

I have faith the Sythe moderators will see through the half assed attempts at spin.
