Why you think they are ban evading:He added me after i pmed him about doing a QBD kill. He later said Nvm as i was ready and that a friend could do it for him. He said he is maxed as well as him saying his rs name contains the word mud, muddy or soemthing of the sort

It shows his username contains mud/muddy or soemthing of the sort, anyways if the pics dotn show sufficient proof then an ip check should solve it.

Theres 6 pics there last one shows msn and conversation ect, if needed a mod can contact me to teamviewer and see the chat logs for that msn personally if ip check and pics are denied.
