Only 14 posts on HF. Literally every post against sythe.org rules with the possible exception of his first post which he deleted for seemingly being illegal there. And i'm sure if it was illegal on Hackforums it's probably not legal here.

Note that he was trying to hire hackers for multiple reasons and involved in multiple hacking activities. Also purchased a botnet/setup and his most recent post was as recent as 6/4/15 and he was buying hacked cpanels to use them for email spamming purposes ( http://prntscr.com/7fwz94 ) .. And given his other posts, aside from buying stolen goods, the use for the panels was probably going to be malicious as well.
