Bitcoin drops after Elon Musk Tweet stating that Tesla will stop accepting bitcoin

I definitely admire Elon Musk, but damn this is some shady pump and dump move.

1. Trashtalks bitcoin a bit by saying "Bitcoin is almost as bs as fiat money" — bitcoin dips
2. Announces Tesla bought bitcoin — bitcoin rises
   
3. Anounces Tesla sold a certain percentage of their bitcoin — ?
   
4. Then announces they suspended bitcoin payments because of bitcoin's energy usage, whereas bitcoin using energy is definitely nothing new and has been known since the start anyway.

Elon Musk really has to go... Hes fucking around with crypto, we dont need him... he should just fuck off..

 

he just fucks around with the crypto. He scares all the newcomers (maybe thats what he wants and doesnt want crypto to succeed). Its annoying how 1 guy can control the prices so much, its just better to stay out of crypto at this moment IMO.

 

Meh, the reality is it's likely not just him but a team of people all making these decisions to make themselves rich; it's not anything new, people in his position have always done stuff like this with their influence.

 

Elon needs to be stopped tbh

 

People praise him when he support support to their favourite coin but stands against him when he criticise something smh...
