He also vouched for us previously when buying 07 gp and time matches with sythe post. Explanation of the trade: 3mr was working for us as a skiller/quester.
How they scammed: Broke our ToS by macroing on several orders getting atleast 2 customers banned (luckily only 2 days each). I've gathered some evidence on him purchasing licenses to some scripts and shared with @Zora the evidence asking him his opinion on this case. Zora told me to make a report on him and, shortly after, we received another complain from another customer saying that he got banned for macroing. He proceeded to confront 3mr with the evidence and 3mr simply left the discord without saying any word, thefore pleading guilty to the offenses commited.

We will now use his deposit and unpaid services completions to pay to the victims that were banned due to his actions.

No @Pirate deposit was only 100m. We have an unpaid service which he did of 256m that can be used to repay the customers.

So far we have 1 customer that did an appeal and got his ban quashed.

We have another customer that wasn't banned yet but we will refund him his order and compensate him if he gets banned even tho it was almost completed as there is a very high chance the account was botted aswell.

In case the customer that got banned does not want to create a sythe account could this be solved over discord? Nonetheless will tell him to make a report on Sythe.

Currently looking to see if any of the other orders he took will get banned.

 

So far no new bans.
Both people that got their bans quashed 1 said all is ok the other left our server.

We have someone else that has had no ban but possibly has had his order botted partially. Let us know on how we should proceed in this situation.

 

So let me see if I understood it correctly.

• We hire someone to do manual work on Osrs accounts.
• He agrees to our TOS where we specifically say that he's not allowed to use any kind of botting, macroing software/plugins or break any of the game rules of Runescape.
• He uses plugins/macroing/botting software.
• Gets at least 2 customers banned for macroing (that we are aware).
• He admits being guilty of using macroing plugins, being the reason our customers got banned and apologizes on Sythe.

And after all this we still have to pay him for the time he spent botting on people's accounts??

So at most we accept paying him part of the order which was possibly not botted which was:

• Firecape: 10m
• Full void: 31.5m
• Dragon Defender: 20m
• 52-77 Prayer: 16.22m
• Medium & Hard Diary: 12.5m

The rest of the order:

• 72-80 Atk
• 70-80 Def
• 58-75 Thieving
• 75-95 Magic
• 71-92 Ranged

Was all botted.
Atk and Def were botted in NMZ. One of our customers that got banned by having him completing services on his account got hit right after he completed 98-99 Atk on NMZ.
Thieving, Magic and Ranged were botted using MK Plugins, a plugin provider on which he bought a subscription the same day he started working on Thieving, and later Magic and Ranged.

He could have also used Illumine Plugins that offers a free blackjacking plugin.

So that being said we accept to pay the part of the order he presumably did manually if he is also willing to refund the payments he got for macroing on the accounts that were banned, that being: 69.632.800 for Samp's order and 14.200.000 for Alvin's order (The 2 customers that got a macro ban).

Can provide access to ticket transcripts to prove the values of the orders.

 

Nothing was botted on that order, not sure how you just assume it "Was all botted." with no evidence at all.
so, to making things clear of the situation, I basically did not bot any part of the following order and I spent 1 week working on it and the customer was happy about the progression I update him daily with.

Regarding the plugins shown, If I had bought any plugin, then it's for my own use on my own accounts. I did not use any on the guy's acc.

Then, once Alvin got hit with his macroing ban and confronted you, you decided to leave our server without saying any word to either him or us, shortly after I paid you his order. Alvin confronting you , You leaving the server .

But of course, once Mr Pirate decided that we should pay you, suddenly you backpaddle re-claiming it was all hand done.

not sure why you have to lie about that.. then Peanut had to tell me that he's holding the payment as seen in the screenshots above.. not sure why you wouldnt show that as well..

I did admit botting to 2 orders of 98-99 attack order and 60-70 agility and I was already sorry about it, so I'm not sure why you are bringing it up over and over.

I worked on Hade's order for over a week all hand trained and you got no evidence to prove otherwise, so ur trying to make up stuff to avoid paying my money I worked for. Hades was satisfied with my job and he's fine.

 

I'm not lying about anything. You contacted Peanut on the 10th after the order was done and we started investigating u. After that, you left the server upon new accusations and never asked for your payment like I said.

So if u did all the training by hand, as u claim u did, surely you'll have no issues proving so by sending us the whole screenshots folder of Hades order to my discord so we can check that ourselves. We'll have no issues with paying the order once we can confirm it was all done manually minus the amounts of the orders that you botted and we paid you!

 

Weren't you just assuming that big part of the order was all botted with plugins you listed above? why would screenshots matter for you if you think I used plugins LMFAO. I'm not sending you shit cuz you keep making up lies.

 

I believe everyone on this case is already tired of this situation.

And I'm sorry if we do not take your word for it... You've lied to us in the past, got 2 accounts temp banned for macroing and bought a botting subscription on the same day you started blackjacking. Coincidently, the subscription you bought, offers plugins for blackjacking and chinning/bursting (which was what was left to do from the order).

But, as I've previously stated, we have no issues whatsoever in paying you. All we need is your cooperation to help determining whether or not you used macroing plugins for that order.
