The account being advertised has 75 prayer which is a match to Markintosh (display name "Finb") and also matches to Tentacle (display name "Outhit").

Strong has also been repeatedly bumping his thread early by deleting posts to get it to the top of the section. Looks like he might have also created another account to "vouch" this time so that it won't get deleted. His thread view count has also been botted like those of previous profiles (it's unusually high for being created so recently).

I realize that there's nothing definitive here, but the chances of this being an actual legitimate service and not that of one of these vaders is close to zero.
