Binance scammed me.

Explanation of the trade: I was giving him BTC for an apparent Ikov "dupe" that he knew after having received a "vouch" copy/tutorial from cherished22 and claiming he wouldn't reveal/sell it.
Amount scammed: 100$ btc
How they scammed: The method was patched when it was sold to me meaning I got 0 usage of it.

Selling Ikov Dupe where he posted his discord. along with his unique ID where he was given a tutorial on how to do the method so he could vouch on its legitimacy.

the image below is where I began to have issues doing the method described, and I began to get skeptical it worked anymore if at all. Further in you see him mention he (binance) saw the method done two times in a row easily, I was using an ahk script to click the same npc at the exact same time instantly.

more of our conversation, I had a false positive happen here where 2 of the same imps were on top of eachother meaning both accounts got one. and may even be how binance was suckered into thinking the method worked.

this is where i started to get annoyed with him, because clearly the method wasn't working anymore.

This is where i was 90% sure the method I just paid for had been patched earlier in the day, I found a kid in the ikov discord who wasn't able to catch zombie implings (the best imp to catch) I believe they were disabled until the fix was introduced.

I also have a photo with him pasting cherished22's method in chat, but i don't want to leak his discord name so im omitting that (cherished is still in ikov disc)

As seen on his pictures, he was well aware i HAVEN'T TRIED the method.

He was still okay with it and proceeded to send me $100 worth of BTC.

After giving him all the information i knew about the dupe, he proceeded to try it and it seems it had already been leaked and patched.

I never told him i knew it worked, He insisted on buying it and offered even keeping his mouth shut nice lad.

He paid to know how it worked, i delivered that. Sorry for morals on behalf of @Cherished22

He did.
Method is quite Unique. I can maybe Vouch for it
I can see how it could get you some nice money

So you get a 'vouch copy', only to go behind OP's back and start selling his method, wonderful.

Please issue a full refund to @KirksVouchAlt, you can't sell something which doesn't work.

 

Are we allowed to sell methods that don't work anymore and not expect to pay someone back? that sounds exactly like scamming to me.

 

is it fine for me to ask for the exact btc value? Hes technically made 10$ scamming me.
