Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) :

Just joined today and has learned his way around sythe pretty quickly. It's just weird that someone just starting today already has people on their ip audit. Also, tried selling me rsps gold and wouldnt go first which is fine its just adds to the sketchiness

 

Funny how right after I add Ivern this scammer adds me out of the blue minutes after I've added ivern:

When I haven't given my skype out to anyone untrustworthy or added any one untrustworthy but him. Now he is coming at me crazy because I wouldn't go first in a trade??!?

 

This is insufficient evidence to constitute ban evasion.

For the record, everyone is entitled to not want to hand over property first in a transaction - this is useful way to prevent theft.
