to clarify reason for scam was shortly after serice ona scratch level 3 account 3/4 accs where banned for rwt

As skilling scott is the person I agreed to these services on, I will first post our Terms of Serivce with a timestamp and no edit, to show by accepting the job he agreed. Then followed by screenshots of when the accounts were finished with time stamps, and when the account got banned. Runefarm is holding us liable for a ban on 3 outta 4 accounts our worker was working on. The bans were for RWT and not botting. The bans took place 22nd depending on your time zone and the work was completed on the 19th-20th and paid on the 20th depending on timezone. I will also post screenshots showing Skilling scott was the last person to log into the acc's before the ban as he had to check to pay us. Also I checked in the rules and asked moderation earlier in the day if there was a rule against the 3 day thing with no response as i can provide a screenshot of that as well. I found no such rule that states that. If there was one please link it to me.

also on terms of condition no screenshots where at anytime given even at end of service hense why I was obligated to check account quickly myself as they had given me no proof at all of job ever being completed just saying it was

 

Here is the fact he actually got proof of the job being completed. From my partner and acknowledged it.

Was actually within 48hrs, as the creator of said accounts, and the owner, I'm 100% that this is not at fault on our end, whereas @PSlemmy has admitted that he doesn't know who had access, followed by his worker telling him that @Swindle921 had logged in, to which he apparently didn't know about, to then telling me that there was 1M + per account, despite their being 250K per account, so very curious as to whether the account that Slem was speaking to the worker are even the accounts in question or just a quick way to avoid payment. Regardless, I expect a refund at this point, not a re-made account as I am unsure whether or not it will even come out clear.

Also, you are very familiar with our 3 days term and condition, being that you were a worker of ours (NOTE: This was not even a month ago, you violated the terms of employment by opening a server with another person, which I also have proof that you initiated the contact with him, you then proceeded to plagiarize my ENTIRE discord server, down to the channels even, using your worker status WITHIN my server as an advantage being that you could even see some hidden channels.

But that's also another issue for another time.

[Slem agreeing to the terms that he knows we have in place, also keep in mind that this was a subbed out order to Slem that only went to them as our workers were busy, I had asked Scott to manage a couple of accounts that I created so that I didn't need to deal with all the logistics and could be a 'customer' for once. [This is also the only time we've ever gave out one of these accounts to a OUT OF HOUSE worker, which happened to be yours, and all of a sudden there's an issue that you won't take responsibility for after already agreeing and setting terms as to what you wanted in order to refund me. Then you spent the next 1.5hr that you were 'at work and couldn't pay me' trying to message Gladiator and researching a way out of paying a refund YOU agreed to.

Frosty your issue with slemmy has nothing to do with what is being disputed against F&E skilling. His security deposit with you is something completely different then the topic of this post.

 

sorry swindle wrong again that's showing all proof he knows our terms of service and this has broken them and as he is partial owner of f&e and work was through him and your worker yes it would have everything to do with f@e as you also agreed upon refunds knowing it wasn't right and both changed your mind

I'm not sure why you're quoting/linking your Discord's ToS otherwise you would've been paid first which you weren't (your very first term). You were doing a service for @Frosty/@skilling scott. Seems you were well aware of their terms.

There's a reason why staff don't adjudicate in private, you asked me that question before this report was up/before I saw any evidence from @skilling scott - again, redundant information/screenshot. No idea why you linked that here.

It has to do with his curiousity as to 'where does 3 days come from' same with I had to explain to him that Jagex times are UK times, as they are a UK based company. He gave me the accounts @ 9:30PM my time, meaning 1:30 Am Jagex time (May 20th.) Making the ban hit within 48hrs from when you accessed the account. You too agreed to refund, so why are you arguing the matter when you've both stated you have NO ISSUE refunding when being told so, when @Gladiator CLEARLY directed you two to refund. It really makes zero sense. I stated that the 50M was irrelevant, but again, he can't say he is unfamiliar with our terms, and you guys are fully aware that we were outsourcing you an order, as we had discussed it in the past as well.
