Briefly explain the trade: We've traded 200M RSGP for 200$ PayPal. Three days after the trade the money was claimed back as unauthorized. After waiting 10 days PayPal concluded that the PayPal was unauthorized, which means the 200$ has been sent back to the owner. This means I lost 200M RSGP + 200$ PayPal.

How they scammed: This guy is hacking PayPal's. Recently I have talked with him:

This guy is very dangerious and having a business which is very illegal.
