Non market user dispute

Hi,

I have gained access to my Sythe account again and I would like to dispute the non market user status of my account. I have read Fujiyamaa's post about me allegedly recovering the account I sold him. I never did so. He contacted me several times asking if I would buy the account back. I made it clear that I wouldn't go first as I was vouched and had a donator rank compared to his newcomer status.

He refused and I wished him good luck selling the account. Not threatening him in any way as he claims to. I said 'I can get the account back at any time' meaning that I would be able to recover it in the event of him not being able to access it anymore. That's what I meant at least

I warned him about the risk of reselling the acocunt and that I wouldn't be responsible for any future bans or recoveries as I knew I wouldn;t be able to help him out because I have been travelling for a while.

I suspect him of selling the account, which resulted in the account being recovered eventually. Probably because it got resold. I already tried to recover the account, but I don't remember all the recovery details correctly, so I failed to do so. I have tried multiple times.

I request that the 'non market user' status is removed from my Sythe account and that I get back my donator status. I think it's outrageous that 1 customer that messed up, with insufficient proof of me recovering the account, get's me banned. As you can see on my vouch thread I have been dealing with multiple customers and no one ever had any problems deadling with me. Only this guy.

 

You cannot dispute a ban that happened over a month ago. You will need to request a pardon for your DNT to be lifted.
