Create an iTunes account without registering a creditcard.

If you are a proud owner of an iPod touch, iPhone or iPad, it is necessary to have an iTunes account.
When I bought my first iPhone, it was possible to make an account without choosing a payment option.
Apple has changed the ToS. Creating a new iTunes account requires a payment option,
which is a creditcard or a Click & Buy account.

I actually do not have a creditcard, nor do I have a Click & Buy account.
There is one way to create an account without filling in your creditcard details.
You need to ‘download’ a free application from the iTunes Store before!

How to do this:
- Open iTunes and locate to the iTunes Appstore.
- Locate to the “Free Apps” on the right side of the Appstore.
- Select any free application to download.





- Click on “free” (in this case there stands “gratis” instead of “free&#8221

- You will get a message that you need to login or create an account.


- Click on “Create new account”. 
 - Fill in all of your details, but select “none” as payment option.



Congratulations. You now have created an account without filling in your payment details.
It is not possible to download ‘free’-paid applications (cracked applications).
Downloading cracked applications requires a jailbreak.

Yesterday when I got my new Mac and I was registered a new Apple ID, I didn't have to enter any credit card info, simply an address. Nothing would have stopped me from putting a fake address.
