Scammed for 07 gp

Explanation of the trade: I have done this a few time buying the rspspk gps, but i was suspicious at the begins of this trade/ deal. I have done this with vouched members where it went smooth this guy was acting up all drama and stuff. I was listend to what he said and like made a deal he went to the spot didnt trade me his gps he said i had to go first i did it like other trades then he acted up like oh i didnt know what happend logged out both blocked me on skype like in a second.
How they scammed: He didn't accept the trade he directly logged.
