Selling Guide To Flipping 1m/Hr

Looking to get this Pure Friendly 1m/hr flipping guide verified before selling if possible.It requires having 2-3Mill start up GP & started a common pure quest and like I said it is PureFriendly and at minimum req. it is good for 1m/hr, with the higher summoning, and start money able to use, the faster it can be getting up to 2m/hr roughly depending on user speed.
