Have you tried contacting the seller about him getting it unlocked?

 

Yes I tried to message him on Skype then the next day I found that his personal info was no longer shared with me, meaning he removed me from his friends list.
I also tried logging into it yesterday again to see if he had scammed me and it no longer said the account was locked, but that I had entered the incorrect username or password, meaning he changed them back to his own again.
