How to apply my UI

More than a week ago i got my $200 donation rank and for a few days i`ve been trying to apply a uploaded and approved UI,i tried deleting it and reuploading it again, it got approved and i still cant apply it.
When i enable the UI it says "You don't seem to have any images available or enabled." which is wrong because i do have enabled available image. When i try to save it says "Image #1: You have too many images uploaded already."
I`ve tried contacting Matthew a week ago with no luck sadly and i was wondering if anyone can shed some light on my case.

 

There was a bug with this system, in such cases, pm an Admin for help with a detailed bugreport.
Pretty sure it's fixed now though
