Explanation of the trade: RSGP
How they scammed: I bought 18$ worth of 07 gold from him and messaged his life chat and ignored me, then i pmed him and told him and still ignored me and you can see he is still active on sythe by browseing other posts. Also after i pmed him saying im making a report he took his online chat off his site.

Do you have screenshots of asking for your gold via their livechat? Or did their livechat not answer?

The livechat is still there for me, although no one is answering me.

I have PM'ed RS and told him to respond here as to why he hasn't gotten back to you.
Giving him 24 hours or whenever he is next active on Sythe, whichever comes first.

@Chloe i got on a vpn and asked him i could sell rsgp and he replied.

 

According to Rsaccount he's requested Paypal to give you a refund.

Yes, he may be a evader, but you also filed and said the gold was given when it wasn't, it seems like intent to scam and the TWC will stay.
