1) You must remove all items of wealth from your RS account before placing an order.​

​

2) You should change your password after an order has been completed. Authenticator must be disabled for us to do the service.​

​

3) You must not attempt to log on to your account while we are processing the order. This can result in your account being locked. Don't worry, just wait for us to confirm when an order has been finished. Then you can log back on safely.​

4) If you purchase a members quest, your account must have membership. Your in-game account must have all quest requirements complete. You must prepare all the required items. Nothing else. We understand you may want to offer better equipment, but we politely refuse. Our workers are experienced with the above items only. If you place an order with missing requirements, then you will need to obtain the remaining requirements before continuing with the order, or request the order to be cancelled.​

5) The website tracks basic user data and reserves the right to use fraud prevention plugins which may view your connection data, including but not limited to IP address, browser information, cookies, billing information, email address, and country of origin.​

6) The only user authorized to PM you in relation to this service on Sythe.org is Liam. ​

7) 2147Mill.com and Best4RS.com are both owned in full by Liam. Liam reserves the rights to transfer data from one sites archives to another to use as evidence should he require. For example, if the purchaser chooses to place the order through 2147Mill.com for a Best4RS.com service, then Liam can archive this payment information and related live chat logs with the product information on Best4RS.com.​

8) The service reserves the right to refuse business with any purchaser, for any reason, or no reason at all.

9) It is the purchasers' responsibility to contact the service if he/she has any questions regarding any of the above terms. Any questions should be asked before placing an order to ensure there is no misunderstanding.

We will never outsource work to children or other users on Sythe. Liam is the owner and manager of the service and does not do the work by himself.

12) Best4RS does not accept Ironman orders of any kind. If the purchaser makes an order and does not notify Best4RS, and consequently any worker or representative of Best4RS dies on the account, then Best4RS will not be held accountable. If Best4RS recognizes an in-game account to be an ironman, the order will be immediately cancelled.
