Seems i fixed all the problems in 1 go, i found another version of hypercam... + i record my pking vids in a smaller screen.. seems everyone do that, guess that was the reason for the lag. Thanks alot for all the answers! Highly appreciated! 
Yeah uninstall hypercam and redownload it. Make sure you get a cracked version so you can get the full version. Hypercam ftw for recording.

Screen VidShot is a good tool. If you are on Mac I can recommend Macvide ScreenCap.
