Crystal bows?

Hey guys, i was just wondering. Are Crystal Bows worth getting it? How long does it last before you recharge it? Where do you recharge it? And how much does it cost? Is it worth even getting one ?

 

It really depends what u use them for.
They get cheaper to recharge as you recharge them more and they only last 2500 arrows worth. There fairly good to use for a quick kill.

well... if you gonna use it for training... no unless your willing to spend tuns of money... but for killing monster quick there ideal... i.e. jad.. quest monster

 

If i remember correctly:

Crystal Bow's - Equivalent to MSB + Rune arrows + extra 50 range

2.5k rune arrows currently cost:

Crystal bow prices are: 900k 1st rcharge, and then they lower to 180k...

once you get them to 540k recharges and lower they're amazing

Kill blue dragons with them. 2500 shots/bow gets about 100 drags at 70ish range. 100 blue drags (hide and bones) = about 600-700k.

Its a profit after the 3rd charge, so just charge 3 times, and kill 500 drags to break even. (easily a 1 day job)

After you get to 180k charges you start making pure 450k profits on drags. Usually its about 225k/hour

Well if your not gonna sell the hides id suggest rune crossbow or Mage short/long. for the fact that if your useing Cry bow its a major waiste of cash.

 

there deffinitly worth getting. Especially if you want them for a cool outfit or something.

I like wearin mine with kharils and a fire cape it looks beast.

There just too damn slow!

 

i wouldnt say they are worth it...

mith bolts + zammy book = ownage

even when your crystal bow is 180k per charge, you still pay like 79 gp per shot, and the shots arent reusable like mith bolts. I have both on a 99 range account and i can personally say mith bolts and rune c bow are better (broad bolts are even better than mith)

 

crystal bow = great pure pking

and at the mith bolts think rofl. um... LOL

 

Not at all,they're rubbish for Pking.

 

crystal bow is the same with each hit as mlb spec at 10 its rune 9 addy etc etc
