Help with setting up a PayPal Account

Hello, as I'm fairly new to this site I was wondering if there was anything I should know about setting up one of these and what's required and whatnot as I'm a bit confused after reading over a few threads concerning restrictions and stuff like that...

Sorry if this question comes across as stupid, but I'm really looking forward to setting up the account the right way.

You've requested lock, but I would like to add how vital it is to have your bank account hooked up. It is beneficial in so many ways, and you can also do bank to bank transfers.

 

Yeaaah, I'd just rather not deal with the hassle of PayPal trying to freeze my account considering I just created 2 days ago... Western Union just seems a lot easier if my buyers eat up the fees. >_< Thanks very much for the info though.
