Do they wipe your bank for gambling ban?

There was recent wave on RWT/Game Of Chance bans in past week with all threads, they also hit the community chuck and staking rings this week so many of us are banned.

My question is in 2012 for botting, i was stat reset.

so.... with RWT reset, is our banks completely wiped?
