Selling bulk GP & staying safe from bans?

Hi friends.

I haven't RWT'd in years (~2015) nor have I been banned for rule breaking in an extremely long time, but I want to sell about 3B of GP as I need the cash. I was curious what is RWT like these days for people who just sell bulk gp once in a blue moon? I remember a year ago around this time Jagex posted a news thing about taking RWT seriously and threatening perma ban on 1st offenses that are caught... I still actively play this game and enjoy it, but I really don't want a perm ban. :X

Any advice on how to safely move the GP from seller to buyer to minimize ban chance is also wanted.

I've bought and sold about 7 bill gp in the last 3 months or so and haven't even gotten as much as a warning. I think you'll be fine as long as you don't sell it to one of the huge GP stores.

 

I think if you trade a high end p2p account you should be fine, avoid big resellers?

dying in wilderness/pvp and making the transfer look like real fight prob best way imo
