    need help

    So 2 days ago. I was eating dinner with my family I went to check my poloniex trading. I logged in a few hours later when I was going to bed and it said my password was invalid. I tried it again since I had the google save already and it didn't work again. So I changed my pass and I think I froze my account since poloniex gave me the option to do it once I type it in again it worked but the 2fa ( google Authenticator was enabled. And I didn't do it. I disabled mine like a week prior to it. So I'm like what has happend? So I made sure it frozen again... what do you guys think happend??

    I've checked my btc adress / deposit and withdrawals and nothing seems to be withdrawn. Only the transactions that I've done.

    I never received a email that nothing has been withdrawn or a different ip has logged in. only the emails that I've done to change the pass. But the poloniex emails has been going into my trash mail for some reason.


    I'm waiting for support to get back in touch with me so I can disable the google 2fa and to unfreeze my account.

    Could of this been possible a glitch since I was out eating dinner with family and I was using my network plan data? To log in?

    I'm still not sure how the 2fa was enabled on my account? Could I've been hacked?

    how can I check to see if my coins are withdrawn or sold? cause I've had them spread out on different coins.


    I can not log in to my account after I type my password in cause it stops me for the 2fa!
