runescape pixel art tut?

Anybody got a runescape pixel art tut or a basic pixel art tut I can use?

It's pretty simple. Find a buddy kit (I think TDD had posted one somewhere) use pain or some other program to crop it and copy it, then paste it. You're done!

Thats not pixel art....

 

if you search around the GFX section on the runehq fourms there is a buddy kit calling something like "pixlar kit" ect. its a buddy kit but they look like pixlar people =]
