Best thing to alch in p2p?

I'm looking for the best thing to alch in p2p.
I figure you guy's wont tell me the best way, as it'll ruin everything..

but I just want to buy about 10K alch's, and hopefully only lose around 1M gp.

 

I heard green d'hide is pretty good. f2p but still...

 

eh, you can only buy 100 every hour lol.

 

I heard that it is good to alch yew longs after fletching it
