    What are the best settings with 'SoulMonsters' for a pure with 1 defence, i dont mind about getting combat exp as long as it isnt defence exp, thanks.

    Which bot are you talking about? .. Anyway, for combat training in general you should use Flawed Trolls :)

    Go to world 44
    Join 3zeal legends
    no pity zeal, enable friends chat
    and bury bones if low activity

    Just do:

    NO Pity zeal
    Familiars
    Bury bones (gets no prayer exp)
    Break for 0.1 to 0.2 minutes every 3-5 hours.

    Works on any world. Your settings shouldn't be tied to a specific world or clan as that would make it unstable.

    W6/143/44/145, 0.1 breaks every 3 - 5 hours, last lost, attack people, bury bones. Steady 4-5 zeals p/h.
