Problem with Rsbots.net auth code.

okay, I bought autosoulwars pro on rsbot, but somehow made the mistake of buying it twice, so i refunded one of the auth codes, and now the other one is disabled aswell? ideas or suggestions welcome please. thanks.

Edit: i dont mind re buying the bot, but rsbot stupidly bans paypals which get a refund, and i know its to stop abuse for whatever reason, but honest people in my situation gotta pay for it, so can anyone offer me a way to somehow avoid the ban? my paypal is unverified and i heard i might be able to make a new paypal.

and what happens when you refund a anuth the blacklist your email so you cant buy any more, maybe the dislable your auth just for safety? email them and chek it out >< good luck anyways

 

If you refund one auth your other auths will NOT be blocked. You should still be able to use your other auths. If you're having trouble trying lodging a support ticket, they usually get back within 24 hours.

tried to give them a call to maybe unban my paypal considering the situation but seems they gave a fake number in the email or something. thanks though.

@demrod sorry could you explain what a support ticket is?

 

A support ticket is basically a message/email of sorts you send to rsbots.net explaining your problem, and them trying to reach the best conclusion for you. You can access the support ticket interface by going to the main page. Then in the top right hand menu go to Support, then Contact Us.

I recieved two emails aswell, but I was only charged for one. Maybe you are thinking because you got two emails, you paid for two copies. Check the auths, i'm quite sure they are the same.

 

Hmm, weird, it shouldn't be, I'm getting it up just fine. Try clearing your cache/cookies, etc, or try again later.

I think it is the email that they blacklist, not the paypal. I guess you could try it.

 

yeah thats the same as me, whenever i buy auths i get 3 emails with the same auth in it. :S weird lol

 

Yea, I get this as well. I'm pretty sure they do it to make sure you definitely get the email/auth code. Can save them people lodging tickets in those instances, for minimal effort of sending additional emails.

 

YIPEEE! sent them an email, explaining what had happend and they got back to me pretty quickly saying 'unbanned' followed by a new auth code thanks for the replies and help! much appreciated.

This is an urban legend. I've successfully refunded 2 auths, one 3 weeks after I first bought it, and since then, I have bought another auth
