[Question] What things do Jagex check to determine if you're botting?

Just wondering what parameters Jagex collects in order to determine if you're macroing.

I know your time in game is checked.

Click intervals, and where you click on the screen? Would you be detected if you clicked on the same X Y location of your inventory slot (for banking) repeatedly for an hour or two?

I need to know some information since I'm making a bot (need to know how far I need to go for anti ban features).

[Question] What things do Jagex check to determine if you're botting?

1.Do not bot for more than 6-7 hours per day including breaks (recommended 1-3 hours of breaking). While this is completely optional, it is a very good idea since it's not very human-like to play hours and hours on end, and may throw up "red flags" for Jagex to investigate you.
Use breaks to immitate your normal playing style.

2.Do not bot in crowded areas.

3.Do not bot the same skill for days in a row without training a different skill.

4.Do not tell anyone you don't trust that you are botting.

Before you turn the bot off for a break, visit the GE, do a common "Unbotted" skill, and chat to your friends.

5.If botting for huge amounts of time, try to have a break for atleast 6 hours. Lets face it, people do play the game a lot for real, and do not sleep much, but everyone sleeps some.

6.If you do not like the auto responders that are available on some bots, turn it off.

    7.Turn public chat off.

    8.Bot on quickchat worlds.

9.Talk every now and then. Ask the people around you for their skill level, or message your friends.

10.Don't bot naked (without any gear on). This is often a common signature player mods look for and investigate.

11.Check in on your bot every now and then.

12.If you can, only bot on one account at a time. If you use more, make sure you don't run more than ONE account on a signed applet.

I Bot about 12 hours a day or mare with 1-20min breaks.

And yes if your bot clicks on the exact same spot over and over it will be picked up thats why rsbots.net and place have it where it clicks the bank or trees in diffent spots each time. Also the anti bans help with this.

    Use common sense.

[Question] What things do Jagex check to determine if you're botting?

There are people that plays 12+ hours a day(on holydays..), it is possible for a human to play 12 hours. Therefore jagex will collect a maximum of proof before banning botters and to let play legit players even if they do play alot.
As far as i know, the macro detection system only starts monitoring you after someone has reported you > many 24/7 botters at sw, havent been banned cuz too many people there and hard to spot botters to report.

[Question] What things do Jagex check to determine if you're botting?

the most important thing to do is to always just take a break every few hours , if you don't , you risk getting banned

[Question] What things do Jagex check to determine if you're botting?

Here is a real answer that does not have to do with Nexus break times >.>
    1.Never click the same coords
    2. Use different colours (I am assuming you are using colour, and not reflection)
    3. Use randomization for every line of code (especially Sleeps)

I like how not a single person answered the guys question,, he asks what JAGEX checks, not what other players think etc.

The time you play, the places you click, the randoms you don't solve, the things you write, the camera movement, if you always eat at the same hp, if you always click the exact same color on a npc for instance, if you always click with same interval.. all i could think of atm.

yes you are. 7 hours at a time means you have a problem. you need to get out more... and stop making your mum bring food to your room.

so basically, dont spend too much time on the bot as if ur botting during abnormal timings, they will suspect u and ban u subsequently.

If your making a bot, be wary of clicking the same spot over and over. If your making a auto-clicker for something like alching, make it so that it clicks between a certain amount of seconds, make sure it is randomized somehow so that it seems like a real person. Don't get too greedy in RS or else it'll eventually get you banned.
