Best quests for a 1 defence pure?

Hey what are the best quests to choose for a 1 defence pure?

Also what stats do you recommend I bring when training? I saw someone recommend 60 atk & 70 str at the very least and 70 range when you need to range. That looks good but what do you recommend I have at the least?

 

Pretty much every single quest that gives exp for the stats you want lol. (that doesn't give you def exp of course)

This part is really just subjective tbh. 1 for obsidian stuff. 60 att obviously if you just want to dds/claws and such. 70 for abyssal stuff. 75 for godswords and elder maul.

completely depends on what weapons you plan on using and what combat bracket you want to be fighting.

Quest experience rewards just confirm they doesnt give the xp u dont want.

Easy guides on youtube but you can also get the bearhead, varrock plate 1 and mith gloves!

 

a pure can get 200+ QP and most of those quests are useful in one way or another.

one that I like to do is itchlarin's little helper and also contact, for the xp gains on a newish account, these are lesser known and not done as commonly as the normal pure quests.

typical pure quests include gnome quests, DT, MM1, and the RFD mith gloves quests, you can add in anchor quest line and elf quests for regicide and maybe even SOTE if you want a more complete acc

 

This. There are dozens of perfected guides for this question at this point. We can't really answer this for you as there are also many different builds with different strengths.
