Best pure setup for fight caves?

What is the best setup for a 1 def pure for fight caves I have 90 range 45 prayer. What's better rune c'bow or xbow? And should I use robin or mitre?

Xbow,2-4k Bolt Racks, Fury, Monk Top, Skill Cape (t)/ the pray cape(forgot name), Black D'hide Legs, Regen Brace/Addy Gloves, Archer Ring, Ranger Boots.

It's what I used and made it to Jad with plenty of restores

 

tmoe pretty much has it covered, if you can't afford ranger boots, snakeskin will probably do and glory for fury, but try to take the best gear

 

true, u should use crossbow until jad and do jad with xbow or something.

 

Alright thank you I think I'll go with xbow but should I use robin or god mitre?
