Buying a fully quested pure for OSRS GP/Paypal

I've decided I want to return to Runescape without the hassle of spending weeks building up my account and doing quests. So I'm looking to buy a pure, not a specific type I'm not fussy!

All pure quests such as RFD and DT have to be done as I haven't really got time to do them due to other commitments, I want the account mainly just to PK/Stake.

Only buying if your a VERY trusted seller, not risking people recovering...

Can pay with OSRS Gold or Paypal, whatever is easiest.. Please post stats/offers below.
