Best place to train?

    Best place to train?
    My level 69 main(60 attack, Strength and 50 def) needs a good place to train.
    It's f2p, but idk a good place. I have enough money for food + full rune and scim.

    Hmm, they are on the second level of security thing? and is food required?

    Best place to train?
    Go to flesh crawlers or go to 3rd floor and fight spiders. I'd more recommend fleshies at this point though. Fleshies are on 2nd floor stronghold at your def they will hit but not to bad so take a little food.
