Best place to train?

Where is the best place to train from scratch with 0 wealth so I need places with good exp/drops, also want to stay 1def/pray.

Also where can I trade EoC for 07gp.

 

Cows, rock crabs, ogres outside cwars (ranged, mage), hill giants (ranged, mage), slayer tasks

 

cows alkharid warriors, get waterfall quest done, rock crabs go to a gold shop on sythe and trade it with someone trusted.

 

range fire giants or blue dragons when possible for loot

 

1 . walk to edge ville kill men in the house till ur 20 attack 20 str
2 do waterfall quest
3 go back to men till 40 attack and str
4 kill alkirad warriors
5 sell all her drops clue scroll items and buy 1k flax spin sell and repeat till 31 craft
6 do lost city

Do the waterfall quest asap, it really helps.
Tbh just google for a runescape 2007 training guide, there are plenty of suitable ones out there so i'm sure you'll find one without any hassle

 

Like this idea I was training at goblins in lumbridge but men in edgeville is alot better... thanks everyone for your ideas if anyone has anymore i'd appreciate it.

 

i'd just go straight to doing the waterfall quest and witch's house

then rock crab

 

i did waterfall im at chaos druids now, might try rock crabs but I get bored and t doesn't get me gp.
