i have 53 thieving i need 66 which bot should i use and how should i get 53-66?

I'd suggest the farmer in Draynor. You could use the rsbuddy script SeedBurglar², it worked well for me.

For 99, do blackjacking in the guild for 160k xp/hour.

53-66 shouldn't take long. You could probably do some stuff in the guild for that, too.
