Muted for something I already was muted for?

Ohkay so Jagex Appeal service and customer support is the worst I have ever experienced.
First they take extra money from my mothers credit card repeatedly and say they will pay us back in 2weeks-1month, almost a year later never received it. Now again a double payment is taken from my card.
I then was muted for telling people the rules and why Jagex lets you toggle the filter. That was 3 days mute under this Category:
Offensive/Inappropriate Language Major ICU
This was on June22nd and still(see below)

Then I was muted again for 3 days, with nothing saying why I was muted and heres what I sent them



I sent them another message explaining that one was my old mute but they didnt even reply.

Now I cant even get help over the forums, can anyone please help me? This is the second time this mute thing happened to me, they keep fucking with me.:'(

I'm so pissed, they have worst customer support, and keep taking cash from me and the only thing that I really like about the game, talking..fuck jagex.>_<

That's why I only pay with a 1 month paypal subscription. They kept charging me multiple amounts even $40 once without giving me more members.

Towards the end i guess its more interesting? no offense to high lvls but so many high levels at edgeville think they are thee shit and its so annoying
