botting spots

i am currently working on a 1 def pure i have 42 att 1 def and 62 str. i am curently botting on the level 2 goblins in lumbridge. i get dick all for xp how ever its the only spot i know of. i have tried the stronghold script. how ever its only runs for about 20 mins then cannot find any monster and logs out. as far as cow killers and men, they seem to stand in one posistion for about 45 seconds before attacking. are all script like this? i would like to hear of some spots that work well for you as well as which rsbot script you use. or what i may have been doing wrong with mine!

lol 1 def pures are useless now cuz the pking is ruined you should just go for Zerker Pure and prob bot at monks

Power cower works well.

 

i find my power cower stands there for like a min then finally attacks. it seems very slow to me. then again i might just be used to the speed of rsc bots
