banned?

I really want to buy some bulk runescape gold. What are the chances getting banned for real world trading these days. Also i plan to buy it threw playeractions don't know if that makes any difference.

 

PlayerAuctions won't make a difference to the likelihood of you being banned in-game, it will just decrease your chances of being scammed (or so I believe, I've never used it)!

I'm guessing the chances of being banned in-game are pretty low because the seller can just say 'giving away xM' .

 

I'm just sketched out because i bought 20mill before fagex removed trade and i got banned.

 

To be honest, the chances of being banned are WELL below 1%.

If you really want to be safe, don't add the person in-game and set up some sort of "fake" transaction. For example:

You: Quitting, trade me for all my mils!
*a bunch of people trade you*
*you accept his trade, give him ??mil*
Him: Thanks so much dude!!!

Something like that. You can also stake it away.

 

Basically since free trade has been opened, I have never seen a thread with somebody saying they got banned for rwt. The chance of you getting banned are slim to none. I've personally MM'd loads of rsgp on one of my accounts, have yet to recieve this non existant ban.

Try:
Drop trading
Pretending to quit
Going into a pk fight but losing on purpose

Thats probably because your gold seller used some wacky method to transfer or played on your account while he had it.

when free trade was removed i paid for someone to gold farm me 11m for a bgs. and i was banned. since the return of free trade, i have traded over 500m onto a lvl 3 account straight after creation. so i dont think it will be very high ban rate.

Yeah, basically you're not gonna get banned for it unless you're buying frequently and doing many many trades.

This happened because you probably had too many mules trading... You're gonna send a big red flag up if you have 30 trades going to one account.

Buddy you should be fine trading one account to another account... I've sold lots of mils and never heard anything about someone getting banned for RWT.

 

Just to reaffirm others answers, highly unlikely you will be banned for RWT. I think for you to get that offence you need to be doing something extremely detremental to other players, like scamming them out of bills and then selling it. Even then, you would need to do it on a mass scale.

^The only thing making me think they ban for that is when Aufzen got one of his accounts banned for RWT, but he was a major bug abuser in Duel Arena...

 

Use another account to buy gold, then xfer it to your main.
