Best method to gather junk?

Hey i'm just wondering how everyone is gathering all of this junk? I heard that you can do it with spirit shards or something like that.

^ harpoons doesen't work anymore since shop update lol....

Jagex lowerd price of barb bolts/maple logns (U) etc so theres not alot of easy ways to get junk into the game anymore tbh, only ways i can think of is getting addy arrows p++ from zammy gwd lol and merching an item to a price it'l never sell at.

I.e investing like 2 bil raising dragon longs to 400k or w/e [bad example but yeah you get the jist]
