What happens when your account gets locked?

Here's the jist of it.

- I lose account 7 or some odd years ago to a hacker.
- I recover account right now, yes I realize I'm a bit late on recovering but I successfully recovered it.
- Guy locks the account somehow.

I have original passwords, original ISP etc. He has none of that shit, he has the recovery answers and membership payments for a few years I suppose.

My fucking appeal was denied. His fucking appeal was denied. I currently have the password to the locked account, he doesn't.

Who wins? How long does it take to "naturally" unlock?

 

It never unlocks by itself.

Either you will unlock it, he will unlock it, or it will stay locked.

 

That's pretty bullshit. I guess I'll have to find a way to get through other than the appeal system then.

 

I don't think there is any other way other than the appeal system?
