What monitor?

HEy Guys,

I am currently in the Need of a new monitor. I dont really know what to look for so help is appreciated.

I need the monitor just for like the usual browsing/youtube/movies (not bluray), RS and some 3d modelling.

My budget is 250$ AUD

Have looked at the
Samsung 24" S24B350H BLACK LED
ASUS 23" ML239H BLACK IPS
ASUS 24" VS248H
LG E2351VR-BL
LG E2441V-BN

Dont really know the difference between them all like IPS? heard its ment to ghost but this one says 5MS

I have a gigabyte gtx 670 gpu just to note.

If you have a GTX 670 then you would seriously benefit from 1920x1080 resolution. MS is basically the refresh rate, the lower the number the less blurry things look on the screen. However it's usually not very noticeable, and 5ms is fine.
