then went back to tzhaar and bam someone was trying to xfer i put on auto buy at 1k per min and the guy put 16 d stones! lol!

Now that I think about it, is killing a RWTer in Bounty Hunter scamming?

When it comes to RWTing in RuneScape, it's every man for himself since they took the trade limit out. Jagex WANTS people to nail sara plate traders and, yes, even Dstone traders.

While it may suck for the RWTer, I wouldn't call this scamming.
