    What strength level should I start NMZ at. Would lvl 40 str be viable? Also have 45 attack

    Assuming this is for OSRS and not something else you might have mixed it up with, but the lowest I would start NMZ at is 60 attack and 50 strength.

    What def level/prayer level is recommended? also what 5 quest would give you the best XP for training?

    Wouldn't do it with 50 attack. At around 60 attack 55 str I was getting 32k xp/hr with an obby sword and berserker necklace, so I think rock crabs are the better option until then or even until 60/60.

    60-60-1 and 51 HP are my personal bare minimum requirements.
