Desert Treasure, MM, 11 Pray?

Hey everyone, my stats are currently:

70 Attack
99 Strength
1 Defence
1 Range
94 Mage
1 Prayer

I'm wondering if it's worth it to only get 11 Prayer.

How would I go about doing MM and DT without 43 Pray?
It would be very helpful if you could post guides, (do I have to get Range up btw?)

But yeah, 11 pray is okay, but i think you can do DT without protection at high leveled range, source needed?

 

Get 31 prayer, and yeah.. dt is easy without prayer. What's your hp? I did dt at level 35 back in 2007 with like 40 hp.

 

Do I need someone to block for me? And I'm 81 HP, LOL.

 

Won't I want protect from melee then? I'll get PJed hard while picking up my loot, and I'd probably want 43 Prayer. :|

 

Range might be helpful, but it's not needed.
There are safespots for all the bosses, including Kamil.
However, for Kamil you will need a friend with 43+ prayer to walk you past the wolves. You can use a cannon to kill him if you safespot behind the rock.

But, the only reason I wouldn't do dt is if you want to do whip staking. Finish dt would let you do mage stakes though.

Not too sure about DT, but MM is really easy without 43 pray, I just completed it on my pure yesterday. I personally think you should complete all the quests that give prayer exp and stay at 13 pray, unless you plan on using dragon claws/ags.

Claw rushing with less than 25 pray is crazy and stupid. You could so easily lose them.... I almost did....

And no, you don't need range... just use surge spells.

 

Do NOT go passed 11 prayer. No clue what the people above are talking about, i did dt at level 45ish and MM, easy, get 3 or 4 people to venge you on kamil, the rest blow.
For damis, there's a safe spot, or just entangle his ass, he's not hard at all.

 

Get 13 prayer. It doesn't even raise your cb level.
