What is the best area to train ranged and strength?


since im f2p, I was wondering where it should be done? =/

 

cows would be the safest to train on if ur botting it

or goblins and what lvl is he and cmb stats?

 

I did muggers till 55 range, and seagulls till 60, range and str.

level 30 str, lvl 30 attack, lvl 20 defence, lvl 55 ranged, and lvl 83 magic.

 

all seagull owner does for me is log me out .... why?
