He seems to be gathering info on accounts hes then refusing to buy them when they are no longer secure.
He could recover at any time.

I am not saying the sale should be locked in when info is given, it should be checked with a recover test to make sure its valid.
But allowing him to gather this sensitive info then cancel the sales his end is asking for trouble down the line imo.

He should be either canceling the trades before gathering the info, or be more forthcoming with and active with enforcing his own policys.

He is also trying to sell the account on sythe when people know that all the account info is known by a third party lol.

Customers agree when submitting information that they run the risk of the sale being cancelled, we have cancelled dozens of sales after receiving recovery/creation information for a variety of reasons, the biggest one is that our anti fraud missed something that we found wrong with either 1) The documents submitted or 2) Discovered another way

We don't tell customers their sale was cancelled due to them being a scammer or something else, we don't want them to know so we quietly flag them and move on, at that point we just do everyone a favor by wasting scammers time.

This is very common, it happens daily to us and accountwarehouse is 10x our size.

Part of the business, nothing sketchy going on there.
