Young Team, really? By far my least favorite Mogwai album. Funeral is a classic, shoulda thrown that on my list as well.

Still going crazy over Fuck Buttons. Tarot Sport is a masterwork. Reminds me of old 80's fantasy movie themes (IE neverending story, Dark Crystal, etc) meets the optimism in M83's music, with a touch of shoegaze-familiar melancholy. I can't get enough.

    Admirably diverse list

Glad you're a Pinkerton fan. Ironically, Weezer just recently wrote a song for 'State Farm' Insurance, as a sort of advertisement jingle. It is undoubtedly their best work in a long, long time. They even have the old band assembled on their original instruments (Matt Sharp included). Rivers Cuomo is trolling the world, releasing garbage for so many years and then teasing us with an infectious tune for an insurance advertisement. Rofl.

Never got into Pianos Become The Teeth, 'Houses we die in' was the one standout song for me- the album in its entirety was too bland i found. Check out Funeral Diner, and City Of Caterpillar for top-notch emo.

I'm honestly digging Patagonian Rats over any Tera melos album, i never thought i'd see the day.

You could've just written 'discography' for most of these artists, lol. Some of the Nirvana albums you mentioned are simply live performances of past songs and/or best hit compilations.

I'd be interested in hearing what your absolute favorite Radiohead album is. Mine would be Kid A, followed by In Rainbows.

No way! MTV Unplugged is an album on its own right, there are some fantastic songs on there that are just so unique and different to the originals. Like the Meat Puppets portion of that album, plateau, lake of fire, really great stuff. But the With the Lights Out box set thing, just mentioned that since I bought it a few years ago and it's really a nice collector's compilation + some of their unheard of stuff + covers etc.

Oh man that's a tough one, Kid A is fucking amazing though and I seem to listen to it the most lately. In Rainbows I'm starting to really take a liking to as well.

Aaah I fucking love/miss old weezer. What happened, listening to those albums always depresses me on some level (considering how shitty recent weezer is). Gotta love GYBE, fave is slow riot for new zealand though.

Really? I love young team, but it depends on my mood. If i'm just taking it easy, i'll listen to EP+6. Fuck buttons also released a bunch of mogwai remixes. Do you have street horrsing/colors move?

I always forget how good arcade fire is, every time I listen to funeral i'm astounded.

If we're talking about weezer/radiohead, I'm obligated to post this

I'm a huge fan of Amnesiac.
