What is the point of having 1 defence/low defence?

I've never really understood that.

For zerkers - I understand you do the quests and end up with ~45 defence. But why not make it higher?
For 1 defence pures - Why don't you level defence at all? Why would you do that?

I'm very curious and would love to know why, thanks in advance =]

yes, but most pures have average stats while some at their level have a max start and lower other stats.

See where i'm going with this?

 

yes it would but by the time you ate, your getting hit at twice as hard as you can lol. so its hard to eat even if you have defence.

the best loot you'll get from a 1 defence pure is a dragon scimmy if they dont forget to protect item

 

they have 1 def for low cb-like alot of people said
while they hav low def they usualy have very high str or range/mage (range and mage together dont raise cb...if u have 99 range u wont get antoher cb from mage even if its lvl 1)
while they have low def and get hit hard they are dealing out some very strong hits(hopefully, we all get unlucky) this makes the opponents unable to hit because they are constantly trying to stay alive and not be comboed

 

Makes pking more fun when your fighting other 1 def pures and the fight doesn't drag on but they are garbage against anyone with 40+ def. Also having a low cb acc with 99 in str, range, and mage looks sweet

 

That's why you don't fight 1 item kids in level 1 wilds at edge i rarely pk but when i do its at mage arena

 

Well I mean the basic pure will be wearing full iron with dds and d scimmy, they don't drop anything good

 

The point isn't to give the other person good loot lol...

 

Yah but when your a pure you fight other pures and you get crap loot because all they use is iron and dragon scimmy and dds which they item protect the scimmy

I have a 60 Cb, 1 Def Pure with 80 Str/60 Attack. It's AWESOME fighting people my cb who only have like 50 defence and str/attack lol

 

If you want to make money pking then go high risking at mage bank or edge.

Pures are supposed to be fun to use.

 

The whole philosophy behind a pure is their defence is their attack.
