    I applaud your effort, but there's so much useless & stupid things in it.
    1500 build;
    Gen old cpu, gen old gpu, dont need 16gbs ram, dont need to OC cpu, donjt need cpu cooler, dont need extra fans, cheaper case, cheaper mobo, dont need 180gb ssd.
    cbf listing everything thats silly about your proposed builds but u get the point lol
    [IMG]
    1200$ and better price to performance then your 1500 lol.

    I had a thread like that!
    However, I agree, the $1500 build isn't good.

    You can't get any better for almost $1500, I left $60 incase someone doesn't like PNY or doesn't like the case, or wants to upgrade anything.

    Or you know, you could just use Logicalincrements.com. I mean, personal preference aside, you can't get much better than the builds listed there.

    I'm a personal fan of the i5's. Great performance and I found my for quite a cheap price. I'm also using a 560 ti, no lack of performance. You guys can argue over numbers and new generations and what not, but the 560 Ti is high enough quality to run all of the mentioned games on ultra.

    Fun fact: I screwed up my build and forgot to buy a hard drive at first. I ordered an external, not thinking about the fact that I didn't have an internal... Now I've got a 2TB external hard drive acting as my internal T.T still runs great ^-^

    Not denying the fact that the 560TI can run most games on ultra 1080p, but why go for generations behind, when there's superior performing things for almost the exact same price, that are also the current gen? That's all I'm pointing out with this guys builds, + him putting money into various places when it would be more beneficial bumping up the GPU seeing as they're supposed to be gaming machines.

    Haha! Rookie mistake :p So you're running windows off a USB drive? Isn't that slow?
